With a decade of representing community associations, Laura has a breadth of experience in many areas including general corporate, construction defect litigation, and collections.

She currently focuses her practice in the general corporate area providing various services including negotiating and drafting contracts, reviewing governing documents, preparing resolutions and other pertinent documents, annual elections, and advising clients on day-to-day issues.
