Loren Rosenberg Lightman

Loren Lightman is a shareholder in Becker’s Red Bank, New Jersey office and a member of the firm’s New Jersey Community Association practice group. She has been active in the state’s community association industry for over 20 years and concentrates her practice in the representation of community associations.

Loren counsels her clients in all areas of association representation including transition from developer control, contract negotiation and drafting, and preparation of resolutions and amendments to the governing documents as well as enforcement of these provisions. Loren’s prior experience representing municipal entities provides a knowledgeable background for her work with community associations. Loren utilizes a practical approach when advising her clients on day-to-day matters combined with strong advocacy as needed.
