Ronald L. Perl

Ronald L. Perl concentrates his practice in the areas of community association law, construction law, transactional real estate, eminent domain, and tax appeals. He is also a mediator for construction, real estate, and community association disputes. He represents condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, cooperatives, and real estate developers.

Prior to joining Becker. Mr. Perl was the chair of Hill Wallack’s Community Association Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He has been active in the community association industry since 1980, assisting associations, governing boards, and their managers in finding practical solutions to difficult problems.
