Catelyn Stark

Catelyn Stark is an attorney in Becker’s Business Litigation and Community Association Practice groups. She provides support to business, community associations, and their board of directors and managers, on reviewing and analyzing motions before the court and drafting memoranda in response to dispositive motions, provides counseling on employment-related issues, as well as preparing documents, resolutions, contracts and voting packages, including proxy statements. She previously clerked for the Honorable Robert C. Wilson in New Jersey, researching case law and drafting judicial opinions on Complex Business Litigation Program (CBLP) matters concerning medical malpractice, products liability, insurance claims, and employment issues.
